Service & Fee Structure

Fully Managed Service

  • Monthly Management Fee
    10% + VAT (12.00% incl. VAT)
  • Tenancy Setup & Compliance Fee (per new tenancy)
    £541.67 + VAT (£650.00 incl. VAT)

Let Only Service

  • One-off Letting Fee
    £650.00 + VAT (£780.00 incl. VAT)
