began as a business in 1983 and founding Partner Paul Brand still oversees what has grown to be one of the areas most respected Property Companies.
We operate 3 distinct businesses, Property Sales, Chartered Surveying and Property Lettings which all compliment each other.
The Lettings and Management Company is headed by Resident Partner Sally Hardes who has been with us since 1994. Sally leads an amazing lettings team who provide a service that is constantly commended and the amount of recommendations bear great testament to their skills.
The Chartered Surveying Company is overseen by Resident Partner Guy Imray BSc MRICS who has been with Brown & Brand for over 20 years. Guy has vast experience in all types of Residential and Commercial Survey and Valuation work and has become a voice of authority within the Industry. Guy leads a strong team including surveyors with a combined experience that is surely second to none.
The Estate Agency Company has operated for over 25 years and benefits from the vast knowledge and experience of the Resident Partner Mike Hopkins. Mike and his team have consistently provided the highest level of service to vendors and the plethora of thank you cards speak glowingly. Mike can value flats and multi million pound homes equally accurately and really is the 'Best Agent' you can find.
